Privacy

What we collect, what we do not, and how to reach us about it.

Meridian Vega is built on a simple commitment: your data belongs to you. This page explains what that means in practice when you visit our site, request a product, or send us a message.

What we collect on this website

When you visit meridianvega.com, the only personal data we receive is what you explicitly send us through the contact form. The form fields — name, email, message — are submitted through a third-party form processor that hands the message to a Meridian Vega inbox. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral pixels on the site.

Standard server logs (timestamps, IP addresses, requested URLs, user agents) are kept for a short window for operational and security purposes — investigating outages, debugging requests, identifying abuse. They are not used for marketing.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, syndicate, or rent contact information to anyone.
  • We do not use customer prompts, documents, or telemetry to train models.
  • We do not load third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
  • We do not share data with brokers, data aggregators, or affiliate partners.

Products that run on your hardware

Several Meridian Vega products — Fermi RAG, the MCP servers, Constellation, the desktop tooling — install onto your machine and run there. In their default configurations, those products make no outbound calls and transmit no data to Meridian Vega. Documents you index, queries you make, and answers you receive stay on your disk. Where any product offers an opt-in telemetry feature, it is off by default and what would be transmitted is documented in that product's reference page before you turn it on.

How long we keep what you send us

Messages sent through the contact form are retained in our inboxes as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable archival period afterward. If you would like a message you sent removed, write to privacy@meridianvega.com with the original subject line and we will delete it.

How we treat security and incidents

If a security incident affecting personal data occurs, affected parties will be notified directly and on a timeline appropriate to the impact. The full security commitment, including how to report a vulnerability, lives on our Trust & Security page.
